Through this workshop and a preliminary personalized talents assessment, participants can more clearly understand: ​- what motivates and drives them at work - which career is best for them to pursue - how their unique personality and strengths match up with the current Dutch job market. In this way, they can achieve more awareness on which might be their ideal career path, and how to best build such a career in the Netherlands.
